Delivering complex projects with clarity and care.
Neighbourhood Project Solutions supports organizations navigating complex initiatives where strategy, policy, and delivery must align. The work focuses on bringing clarity to projects that involve multiple partners, competing priorities, and high public or community impact.
Support is provided across project planning, implementation, and delivery, helping organizations move from ideas to action with clear structure, steady management, and practical outcomes. Experience spans work in areas including health, community services, and housing.
The practice is led by Sophie Sapergia, a Calgary-based consultant with provincial, national, and international experience in continuing care, mental health, and public policy. She holds a Master of Social Work, Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, and Prosci Change Management certification.
